Worst 'service' from a managing agent
One of the worst managing agents. They are extremely bad with communication and will do the very least possible in every situation. They never take ownership or responsibility for their mistakes. They have managed our complex finances into the ground! there are always excuses why they don't deliver on their promises. They say they have a bank of preferred suppliers, but that is a complete lie. They can't even get one supplier to submit a proper quote - never mind 2 or 3 quotes to compare to. We signed up with them at the end of 2020 with water-meter installations as a priority item. It is 2024 and there has been NO movement on this item whatsoever.

06 Feb 2024, 15:04 We, as trustees, have tried numerous to sort things out and work with Trafalgar on a solution (Tesna and Lesley-Ann), but there seems to be no resolution. Things are just getting worse.
The trustees worked with Trafalgar on a 10-year plan in 2021, but in 2023 Trafalgar didn't even know there was a 10-year plan - never mind following the 10-year plan.
At last year's AGM (Aug 2023), Trafalgar wanted the body corporate to decide on the levy increase on more than a year old budget (outdated). We request the budget be updated and presented to the trustees so an informed decision can be made. It is Feb 2023 and we still do not have an updated budget.
