WORST SERVICE EVER

I have a solar geyser problem. I forcibly pay for Trafalgars' Insurance (Trafex). Their plumber went to investigate. He did not even touch the geyser and claimed that the solar panel is out of his scope of expertise. As an insurance payer, I assumed that Trafalgar would do good by my money and appoint someone who actually has this so-called "experience". I followed up and was told that I now have to find my own plumber and they have closed the file.

Very Bad service from Mildah and Ettiene.

NEVER INVEST IN PROPERTY THAT IS MANAGED BY TRAFALGAR!!!
