Worst service by Trafalgar Property Management thanks to Kristy Lee Schaefer

Trafalgar Property Management (East London) has the worst service thanks to Kristy Lee Schaefer. I signed a lease directly with Trafalgar and they gave me a reference number to use every time I make a payment. I have been using the same account number to transfer payments to their account. When it was time to refund my deposit, they fabricated lies. The first lie was they had already paid my deposit on 14 December, which was not true because the lease agreement was expiring on 31 December 2023. the second lie was that I was paying the landlord directly. I asked Kristy Lee how I paid the property owner when I did not have their details and was paying Trafalgar. The third lie is that the second half of the deposit was never billed to me. Now, I need to supply them with all proof of payments for the duration of my lease for them to refund my deposit. In essence, I need to do their job. Be warned: use Trafalgar at your own risk.
