Worse Property Management

Trafalgar is a ****, the government needs to intervene to this! eThekwini Municipality & Rental Housing Tribunal need to do a full inspection to buildings they manage, tenants are being exploited by this agency!

The good part is that I am not the only one complaining here;

1. When I went to get my lease agreement done, I sat there for full 4 hours waiting for Priscilla who took her all time in the world, never cared if I had other things to do for the day, what an incompetence!

2. Once you sign the Lease that's when your problems begin, for any query that you have you are met with DISRESPECT, MOCKERY AND **************! I remember when I called Candice for a "doctored" water bill, she sarcastically laughed, put me on loudspeaker, told everyone at her office to listen, then they all laughed! That's the treatment get there!

3. This agency has declined to perform maintenance, I sent them numerous emails and reported the situation to both the supervisor and the landlord, but they kept giving empty promises! The condition of the flat deteriorated to such an extent that the bathroom/toilet above was leaking into my kitchen, but no action was taken! After enduring this unacceptable treatment for a full six months, which constitutes a breach of the Lease Agreement due to the landlord's refusal to carry out maintenance, I vacated the premises on short notice! To my dismay, Trafalgar has refused to refund my deposit, retaining the entire amount of R7000! This is a complete ****! It reached a point where they even deny knowing you as a tenant, yet they have been sending me monthly bills to the address of apartment I reside in!

3. The amusing aspect is that I vacated the premises on 30th June, yet Logie boastfully specified in an email that they would impose charges for water for both July and August. Can you believe having to pay for two months in advance while no longer residing there? What madness is this?! They inflate the water bills to R1400 per month! Interestingly, at my current residence, I am only paying R400 per month for water! I suppose Trafalgar must have some "holy water", which explains the exorbitant cost!
