Weekend Noise Disruptions and Impact on Residents (Lilyfield Complex)

The complex is no longer a place where one can stay. On weekends, excessive noise from gatherings in Block 8 causes disturbances late into the night. Some of us are currently studying for exams, and this noise is making it difficult to focus.
