water disconnection without any notification
Good day

Am surprised and irritated by Trafalgar properties trustees for Hamilton gardens flat. First i was owing my levy account around R9000 then they took my account to their lawyers who put R4900 as their collection fees resulting in the increase on my debt despite my plea with them regarding my finances. I have managed to pay R6000 as of today and if my account was not taken to their so called lawyers i would be in a very good position with only R3000 owing. My frustration now is that am paying and have an arrangement with their lawyer but they went on and disconnected my water without any notice and my knowledge. I have a 3months baby , how can i fare without water? To me this is tantamount to unprofessionalism and clear disregard of the bill of rights that gives the right to clean water to each and every citizen and resident in the country. How can one disconnect water supplies without any communication. This arrogancy should stop forthwith and be condemned in the strictest sense. The levy that we pay is a lot of money and as residence we need to be treated with dignity and respect not that some people just decide to cut water supplies without communication.
