Waste of levies!!
I have complained about noise from a certain person a number of times which is contravenes the rules. I have sent a number of emails and Michelle just forwards the email and I never get a reply. Happening for a while now that I am ignored. There service is really poor. We have not had an AGM in over a year and they do NOTHING. They just forward emails. They don't do their jobs. If the trustees don't reply they do NOTHING.

28 Jan 2020, 23:33Marzanne is our portfolio manager who does the bare minimum. Not to mention that she completely ignored all emails from me. What pathetic service! We pay for Trafalgar to just forward emails to and from trustees.
