Was told my lease will get terminated for asking about 3 additional charges on my statement
<p>am a tenant at Carlswald luxury apartments and its shocking that I have to keep dodging my lease being terminated. I got my statement on the 26th as per usual, it had additional charges which I asked about then I was asked to state my unit number.</p> <p>After sending my unit number and attaching the statement I got an email threatning to terminate my lease effective immediately if I do not settle this months account within 7 days, and on that lease termination letter the amount is more than the amount on my statement. Why is it so wrong for me to ask for what I am paying for? Im very disappointed</p>

Notice to cancel the lease agreement will be primarily based on rental arrears and certainly not any queries you have raised. We will contact you directly to go through your rental account, clarify your queries and hopefully resolve the issues to ensure your rental account is up to date as a dependency for notice to cancel the lease agreement to be withdrawn.
