Very poor

I saw a place I was interested in as the availability suited ne perfectly. I filled in all documents and submitted. I was told that the admin fee is more then what I signed on as per their documents. After the first problem, I was approved but asked to just send a letter from my debt review stating that I can afford the rent. After all the hassle of getting the letter to be told my application has been declined.
