Very bad living conditions

complained about the bedroom carpets, they have a very strong bad odor.<br> The smell is so bad, we cant sleep in the bedrooms anymore. I struggled to get a hold of the owner of the flat for weeks once I finally did, asked him to take out the carpets and he agree to change the carpets . The very next day when I ask when exactly would he come so he would find someone there to open up for him, he denied we ever spoke. paid rent a few days late just this once and people were sent to change the locks I'm expected to pay on time yet my problems aren't attended at all! Its been more than 3 weeks since Richard said he would take the carpets out and now the whole flats reeks of those carpets<br> I have to sleep with windows open. amongst other things there are liking pipes, stove barley works and the list goes on<br>
