Unprofessional

Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication with the leasing agents in Port Elizabeth. Since awaiting feedback on out come of apartments, we have to call and when we do call no straight answers are given accept for "we are still processing". So had hopes up now we need to move and have no where to go. Not saying they were forced to take us but leaving us hanging is not fair and inhumane.
