Hope you are well and in good spirit.

I'd like to know for myself as a tenant of Trafalgar who's supposed to take care of building mantainance. I've been renting with you for almost 4 years now. Since the beginning of my stay, I've requested for my apartment to be furnished with lights but till date I haven't received any assistance.

Randburg square apartments uses different kinds of lights which makes it hard for us tenants to DIY. If it were simple globes I would replaced them myself. My kitchen lights started dimming out 1 by1 & I would report this to the caretaker but nothing gets done. Now I have zero lights in my kitchen & bathroom & by zero i mean I'm in the complete dark. When the caretaker gets lights he furnishes them to his favourites but nothing for us loyal & paying tenants. I would like this matter to be attended to with urgency as I am losing my faith with this building.
