Unfairly blacklist plot owners they brought with hard earned money
They are not even a star worth! They let property owners of open plots pay levy fees for only sand, dirty rocks and bushes! What a disgrace! Theres not even houses on the empty plots! Its only fair that the plot owners should only pay levy fees when there is a house on the empty plot! Money suckers! Unfairly blacklist plot owners they brought with hard earned money!

13 Oct 2022, 18:51Good day, please note that Trafalgar does not determine who pays levies or what the amount of the levies should be. This is determined by the HOA (I am assuming that you are referring to an HOA as a Body Corporate don't have empty plots). If you can let me know what the name of the complex is and which branch of Trafalgar you are dealing with then we can put you in touch with the Directors or Trustees of the HOA to discuss this with them with a view of maybe changing the governance documents of the HOA.
