Unfair Treatment and high level Harre*****t: WITH OUT PREJEDICE

I live in a complex where our management agents happens to be Trafalgar management. In constancia kloof Roodepoort Jhb

I have been in the complex for possibly just 3 years now. We have had numerous requeste for them to come out and address us as tenants due to the level of unfairness and treatment we received despite of being tenants.

We always recieving fines and warning letters for a complaint laid by 1 particularly person in the complex which happens to be on the body cooperate and a owner abusing his power but the use of the property managers doing all his work.

We have at on numerous occaasion recieved unfair threats and treatment directly and indirectly we have signed a petition and what has happen no amicable solution or requested meeting has never transpired.

Despite of the numerous request and complaints to date this has still not been resolved .

On the 08th of November 2024 I recieved a warning letter from my agent with regards to me making a noise all the time, while at my place of duty.

I am woman alone and dispute of grievances being address I am once again being harressed and intermediate by a male. ( WHICH I HAVE BLACK AND WHITE CONFORMATION FROM OTHER TENANTS CONFIRMING THERE HAVE NEVER EVEN MADE CONTACT ABOUT MY UNIT) including the securities that they have never ever confronted me about noise. I have check the book and nothing has been put for the last month

This is not the first time this happens, I was even at some point advised I am gona get a fine for putting my carpet outside while cleaning.

This has now become a higher form of victimization and harre*****t and causing depression and anxiety.

Let alone making my stay completely unpleasant.

I have tried reaching out and I cannot ne assisted. Because i am a tenant and not a owner( regardless or a track record of a good paying tenant) and that's what I was told

I am hopelessly defeated as a tenant and don't even no what to do or who 2 turn to any more.because as a coloured single female, law abiding citizen tax pay human living in correspondence to countries by laws this is my treatment.

I need urgent intervention I am being bul**** without factual or even invalid information. And tenant are being pin for this... ( YES I CAN PROVE THAT I NO EXACTLY WHO.THE PERSON THAT THIS HARRE*****T IS COMING FROM.

this is highform of being bul**** and abuse.this is because i am a female and I am a tenant and not a "owner" or 3 I am a coloured lady.( because we have had racial practice in the past against none white)

I am now taking this to every single social media platform, news paper, political party, and radio station.i will not be subjected to Harre*****t, Abuse and bul****. I am opening case of Harre*****t and intermidation. I will not move from my place of living until I am ready Subject a bully as I am pay every single month, never half, never late and never short.

It is my constitution right to live where I feel comfortable and able to afford. Ps: this is going to all the news papers and all radio stations
