Unable to solve an emergency safely issue

Trafalgar is very hit and miss. Their bigger branches are great. However, us here in Gqeberha are always on the back burner. Our complex gate has been standing open for over 12 hours. Calls to their emergency lines in Gqeberha go straight to voicemail (without the ability to leave a message). Their other emergency lines keep directing us to their Gqeberha lines, which go straight to voicemail...
