Umlele springs AGM meeting from Trafalgar

Trafalgar is taking care of our body cooperate in East London. The name Of the body cooperate is Umlele springs in Kidd's beach. I am one of the owners.My concern is that we last had an AGM in 2021. I sent the local team an email on the 11 March 2023 enquiring about the AGM for 2022 and no one responded to my request. I think it's an ******* practice to run a body cooperate for this long without any meetings
