Trafalgar's Disaster Management leaves a lot to be admired

The Wedge complex was destroyed by the tornado that hit Johannesburg. For people on the top floor units , we are virtually homeless. The responses from Trafalgar has been very poor. Sholeen complains about getting 400 emails. We are getting very little feedback from them regarding insuarance. The only person who's been helping out is Francisca. Please understand that people you are dealing with are homeless. The property manager hasn't even been on the ground to help. We are getting told tall tales. There's more I can say but there's confidential information I can't disclose here. Just know Trashalgar will leave you homeless and stranded in times of disaster.

So your agent Sholeen instead of dealing with the problem is now issuing more complaints and threats. WE ARE HOMELESS and this woman still doesn't care. The worst affected people are upto date with their levies. Tell your property manager to expect a letter from the lawyers.

Good morning,

We are trying our very best here to get this claim moving as quickly as possible so that owners can reoccupy their units. Same which is very unfortunately not in our control and we are reliant on the Insurer and the parties appointed to get progress moving along as quickly as possible.

All further queries will be dealt with by TFS our Insurance Brokers.

Kind regards

Karien Coetzee
