Trafalgar, will ruin your property and feel nothing about it

These really are the worst bunch under the sun.

They will drive your property into the ground, while still wanting more and more money each year.

They will literally have squatters move into the property, and then shrug their shoulders.

They will see levies etc skyrocket to the point if it being nearly half of your bond. while your property degrades year after year

Reaching them for help or information regarding properties, you may as well shout into the breeze

I am not even sure what or if they do anything for the nearly two million a year they get paid.

30 September 2024 we have an AGM were multiple tenants will vote to remove them as the service provider and move to another company.

I strongly suggest thinking long and hard before giving your business to these people. they are honestly a stain on their profession and a good part of the reason so many people do not like these sort of companies
