Trafalgar, Venter and Van Wyk Body corporate at Casa Salice apartments, terrible service

Our daughter, (newlyweds) and her husband moved into an apartment and Trafalgar, Venter and Van Wyk is the body corporate of the building at Casa Salice in The Wilgers Pretoria.. Since they moved in they only have problems. The newest crisis is a roof that leak tremendously every time it rains (furniture is drowned in rainwater) and for TWO days (still ongoing ) the whole building is without electricity (food is getting spoiled in freezers because of the extreme heat wave)), it seems that Trafalgar did not paid their own bill even thought all the residents have prepaid meters and pay for their own electricity. There is a totally lack of assistance from the body corporate, the only time the body corporate is communicating with the residents is when they let them know that the rent is going up.
