Trafalgar unreasonable prepaid
Hello Peter.... Please assist, trafalgar recently planted prepaid to each flat in their building I'm randburg in Jan Smuts Avenue. However, when we put R100 electricity which normally has like 56kwh units and above..... To their prepaid it uploads as 31kwh units... When we Al's them is it billed with water altogether, they say no. Can you please investigate if this is normal because that 31kwh units does not even survive 3 days. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

28 Aug 2020, 10:52Good morning,
The decision to install prepaid meters were taken by the Landlord (not Trafalgar) to ensure that occupants only pay for their actual consumption seeing that problems were experienced with the readings taken and also this covers the scenario where tenants are in arrears or late.
