Trafalgar threatens to Black list

I’ve been renting an office space with Trafalfar for almost 2 years but with Corona and lockdown things did not go according to plan , the business started sinking infact I battled paying rent the whole of 2020 but I’ve never missed a payment with the hope that things will go back to normal but it did not , so towards month end of Jan I sent an email to Trafalgar explaining my predicament and also informing them I have come to a decision to close down the office as I do not have money to pay rent anymore , they rep**** to me saying I can’t my lease agreement will end in June I asked to them I Know that and that is the reason I am writing to them and explaining nobody had planned for this Pandemic to happen so it doesn’t make sense for them to force me to stay after I have explained that I cannot afford payments anymore . They said to me I must put 1 month notice of which I did and I explained they can use my deposit as rent for that notice period and reimburse me the balance Now the story has changed again they can’t release me if I don’t pay they will black list me and they still want their payments until June .
