Trafalgar the Bully

Trafalgar Property Management is the worst, they bully their clients and customer service is appalling. I acquired a plot in an estate managed by them, they failed to bill me my levies immediately and did so months later with arrears. I indicated that I will not be able to settle arrears but I will pay more on my monthly levies to cover the arrears.

Out of the blue Trafalgar sends me a letter of demand and threatening to hand over the account to lawyers. How is that even possible when they are the ones who put me in the position of dealing with arrears.

If you can avoid anything that has Trafalgar in the mix they are the worst property management company I have ever dealt with.
