Trafalgar - the absolute worst
The absolute worst property "management" agents you could possibly find. Pathetic in every possible way, unable to manage adequate finances, unable to ensure adequate insurance coverage, unable to provide feedback on matters, for several months! Arrogant and ******** feedback and responses is the only thing we have gotten so far.

As per the conversations with your husband - The Body Corporate insurance does not cover personal vehicles. You need to claim through your insurance that will in turn claim from the Body Corporate as a third party.

20 Jun 2022, 12:49So will trafalgar be paying the excess that my vehicle insurer is going to charge me? Because the excess alone will be more than the actual cost of the repairs. Not to mention the R2500 co-payment that I now have to pay for the burst geyser which trafalgar failed to insure adequately, even though our levies are ridiculously high. I'm wondering how much I would have to pay if my house had to burn down.... Because it probably also isn't adequately insured. But hey, you are supposed to be the "experts".
