Hi Dereliction of duty. Excessive debt colleting fees. Acting as property manager and debt collector while resolution only authorises them to appoint attorneys to do the collection. No AGM called since end of financial year August 2022. Trustee chairman does not own property in the complex / live there. Complex run down despite a loan being made to do maintenance.
