Trafalgar providing poor service!
We at Randburg Square Apartments have problems, but the caretaker doesn't speak with us or fix them. No one seems willing to make repairs to the children's playground, which has been out of service for some time. Most importantly, our managing agent Trafalgar simply feels like nobody cares. Unhappy at all with the way the service was delivered. We have four elevators at Randburg Square Apartments, although only two or one of them are usually operational. This is unacceptable given that we always pay our rent on time and accept any rental increases that are pushed upon us, yet the quality of the services is extremely low. Our tires are at risk because of the potholes near the entrance to the underground parking. The boom gate that is used to leave the parking lot is constantly left open, endangering the safety of our cars.
I have requested our Innercity Branch Manager to contact you in this regard. I am not sure that we manage the common property on this property, but will investigate or speak to the Managing Agents.

Thank you very much. I see that three of the four elevators are now operational, however, some of the buttons are broken. Could someone kindly take care of this since using the lift is useless with broken elevator buttons? Thank you for filling the potholes that were outside the parking entrance. The paving outside the pedestrian entrance needs to be fixed because it is uneven and some bricks are missing. Walking into and out of the apartment is highly unsafe because of this. Please take care of this; I appreciate it.
