TRAFALGAR PROPETIES,,,,OVER 1 MILLION RANDS A MONTH FROM TERNANTS BUT CANT FIX LIFTS
Trafalgar properties service delivery sucks...they can not maintain their buildings properly.. At Helderberg flat,Berea where i stay we have 3 close to for weeks with the lifts out of order..worse i stay on the 20th floor so which means coming home from work is now stressful ,having to take the stairs daily.Management does not care at all because the don't stay in the building...This really sucks ..All they care about is rents money which is overpriced but cant deliver....I'm ****ed off xem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feedback received :
Repeated vandalism of the lifts has indeed created a crisis of 3 out of the 4 lifts in Helderberg not running for 3 weeks. Intensive repairs have been underway for the last week following an external consultant assessment and sourcing of spares. The remaining 3 lifts are expected to be running next week as communicated to the residents several times over the last week. It is essential that should the lifts stick that the call button is used to ask for assistance rather than breaking out of the lifts as this creates the damages which has interrupted the functioning of the lifts.
Every effort is being made to rectify the lifts which have indeed created significant inconvenience for which we are most apologetic. A number of Trafalgar staff live in Helderberg and are also providing feedback to their floors and neighbours.
