Trafalgar Property worst service ever

Pathetic service ever! I am a tenant of one of Trafalgar's properties, Parklodge in windsor west JHB and the whole unit's plugs are not working. The caretaker said someone wad coming to fix the plugs on Wednesday and no one has ever come to the unit since Wednesday and the worst part is that there's not even someone we can directly contact as we're being sent from pillar to post. My fridge has been off and food is going off. I have kids at home and we can't even charge our fones. It's Saturday now and since yesterday we're been trying to get ahold of even the afterhous department but they're so hopeless
