Trafalgar Property Portfolio Manager - Stay away!

If you or your Body Corporate use Trafalgar Properties to pay employees via payroll stay away.

They cannot produce proper IRP5's. A request for IRP5 certificate was given in June 2021, they supp**** the incorrect certificate. A year later, June 2022, when you request the correct tax certificate as you have been requested to produce so by SARS, you get no response. When you follow up, the Portfolio Manager replies, get a grip it has only been 2 days! How is that professional service?! Furthermore, you get told their HR will get to the request within her own timeline?! How about you don't supply people with incorrect information on the tax certificates in the first place!!!

Worst of all is, they get involved in CCMA matters!!! Trafalgar, stay in your lane!!! Never ever, do you hear of Property Portfolio Managers get involved in CCMA/Labour Related matters on behalf of their clients.

I personally declined any quotes from Trafalgar for Management of our buildings as their Portfolio Managers are unprofessional and have no way of speaking to people. They definitely don't know that what you put out in emails are a direct adverti*****t of you company!
