TRAFALGAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT-WORST, WORST, WORST EVER!!

I live in the Blanc De Noir flat complex in Oude Westhof managed by Trafalgar Property Management( 2021). The unit is beset with mould to the point that we cannot use the built-in cupboards to hang and store our clothes. The electrical poses so many fire hazards, I reported x3 broken electrical plugs in the kitchen, the bathroom and en-suite bathroom lights are not working, the Living room light is faulty, all reported to Trafalgar in more than 6 emails, x3 phone calls for more than 3 months. The maintenance staff member Mr Taurique Lutta made empty promises to have the issues fixed and then never fulfill his duties, the Manager Monique Hendricks makes promises to sort the issues out and nothing ever happens. Clients are sent from pillar to post and blaming their poor performance and management on the owner of the properties who can "conveniently" not be reached. The company increased the monthly rent without informing tenants and then claim interest on arrears when it starts to accumulate. Clients only find out they are in arrears 2-3 months after when they start harassing tenants for payment. This company is ************ and must be investigated by the Consumer Protection agencies.
