Trafalgar property management- The Oval (The Hills game reserve).

Trafalgar is the property management of The Oval (At the Hills game reserve). What a total mess with poor communication and ability to solve problems. I have reported a water leak outside the Oval 3 months ago, which is still not fixed. This has lead to extensive damage to the outside infrastructure. Upon request to get updated on the progress of the repairs, the ops manager (Carlos Pinto) just states that he "believes" it has been fixed. (NO, THE WATER IS STILL POURING EVEN DOWN THE STEPS NOW). What an absolute disgrace to live in such a mess inside a supposedly "elite estate".
