Trafalgar Property Management - Poor Service
I stay at Blandford Court in North Riding. I lodged a claim because my apartment was struck by lightning. Trafalgar was involved from the beginning. The roof (tiles) ceiling, walls and geyser were damaged. After having assessors come to investigate the damage, I had to pay an excess fee to have all the damaged areas repaired. The claim I made specifically referred to hot water flowing out of the overflow pipe due to damage from the lightning but Bryte ignored that, they only changed pipes and did nothing to prevent water from flowing out of the overflow pipe. It's as if I never claimed for the damage to the geyser, they denied that this claim was made and simply told me to get it repaired myself. Very unprofessional. I even have all the records. The property management agency (Trafalgar) was also not very helpful even though they managed all the communication with Bryte, Garrun Group also involved, also useless in the process.

Trafalgar's hands are tied in this process you have to deal with the Insurance brokers directly. Nicky from our Birdhaven offices have been explaining the process to you. We were just informed that there is maintenance to be done on the geyser and that will be the owner's responsibility.
