Trafalgar property management are *******s, ****** and *********

I’m the 6th of September 2023 trafalgar property management handed my account to scholtz attorneys-Pretoria .I was then called by the attorneys, on behalf of trafalgar property management regarding outstanding fees towards my property. A lady by the name of Thandiwe who works for Scholtz attorneys-Pretoria gave me a settlement agreement with a final amount of R 17 101.77 and stated that there will be no additional charges , that was communicated to me via email. which I agreed to settle within 6 months payment plan. Starting from October 2023 to March 2024. To date I have paid R17 300, which is way more than the agreed upon final figure that she provided in writing, therefore I settled my account in less than 6 months. I was actually due refund of R198,93. I’m supposed to be now paying towards my current debt which is my current levies. Scholtz attorneys-Pretoria and trafalgar property management says I still owe them +-R 7800, which I’m disputing and would like for them to write it off as I don’t owe that. I have communicated with both trafalgar and scholtz attorneys-Pretoria in writing request for a breakdown of this amount but have no received feedback since. Scholtz attorneys-Pretoria are ********* and are ******. They can’t verify the amounts and are adding extra unexplainable charges.
