Trafalgar Property Management always doing what is not correct to tenants

Same constant issue of my billing being at such unrealistic high amounts even after paying and paying, now they keep cutting my power and don't care about anything. We are being threatened that inspectors will come but we should and are not allowed inside the flat whilst this is being done. We are unable to keep paying and the account never ever goes down, rudely keep on demanding payments. I would understand if we were not paying anything however each and every time my power is disconnected and their response is i don't care
