Trafalgar Price Fixing and Bill Bloating ****s

Trafalgar cannot be trusted. The only focus is on blowing up invoice bills so that owners cannot pay, and then they add "debt collector" fees that are ******* and unjustifiable that have not been voted on by owners into bills. They took over property management from a previous property manager and introduced unuser friendly systems of entrances, security bills are bloated yet there are no working and secure camera security systems. To make things worse, they fix electricity meters that double electricity bills and you end up with a massive bill. The levy bills are literally double my bond since they took over. How is that so? They can get away with this because there is no consumer protection in this country. Ombudsman systems are flawed and the legal system doesn't reach to the lower middle class citizens in this country. But this is for those who are looking into owning. If a property you want to buy is managed by Trafalgar. RUN. Thats what my wife and I are now forced to do. We loved our home at Summer Sands until Trafalgar took over property management. We are selling.

Hi,
I am told that the Birdhaven branch is in contact with you on the issues on your account and that the main reason for the arrears being that you only pay at the end of the month for the current month i.e. paying in arrears and not in advance.  Levies are supposed to be paid in advance.  They also had your electricity meter tested when you had queries on the consumption but the meter was found to be correct.

I pay my levies, this is not about the levies, the reason there is a delay is because of a previously faulty electricity meter that was reading low and false numbers, I was stupid enough to report it thinking I was doing the right thing. The next thing the meter was "fixed" and the electricity bill on my statement tripled to where it was before the meter got faulty. I am disputing the electricity bill and readings. How am I then being charged for something that is still in dispute where I have not even had a chance to bring in an expert from my side to look at the meter? That is wrong and *******. I cannot be charged arrear fees for something that is still being disputed. Because I promise this, if an expert finds the meter faulty this will not end well!!!

Hi,

As per the correspondence sent from our Birdhaven office please have your geyser tested as well as other appliances as this could result in high electricity consumption.  The meter was tested and found to be correct.

I sent evidence to your office. On 11 January I went away leaving no one in the apartment for 10 days returning on 21 January. I left only the fridge plug on and switched off all switches including the geyser. There was a meter reading of 265 in 10 days where there was no one at the apartment. No fridge, no matter how potent could use up as much electricity. And this has been happening for months. Some electrician who I also had to pay to test it, came to test it without me being present and said it was working properly. The problem is the meter. It has been manipulated. I have the evidence but your company refuses to look into it instead milking money I don't have during a pandemic by also adding unjust collection fees. It is ********.
