Trafalgar non responsive Leasing team

I have been trying to get a reply from Trafalgar with regard to a billing since 24 February and to date neither Ameer or Monique who Megan Overmeyer informed me would contact me have made contact. Trafalgar only started with the leasing of the property in December and thusfar it has been an atrocious time getting a response. I hope this gets answered somehow.
