Trafalgar - no concern for safety in the properties they manage

Please please do not move into any complex run by trafalgar!! Especially stone crest !!! I have just moved into a place Here and have been here For a week . One week! One storm and my whole bathroom was flooded . Moving is stressful enough without this added stress . The landlord was amazing and came through ASAP . When we opened the roof hatch in the bathroom there is a whole tile missing from the roof - meaning there is full exposure from the outside elements !! The landlord can’t fix it due to sectional title . I have now been requesting urgent assistance from trafalgar for almost a week as this is an urgent situation and a serious danger as one storm or any rain and the whole roof could collapse in the bathroom . Please let me re iterate this is not a minor leak. It is a gaping whole in the roof . Trafalgar seems to have absolutely no haste in the matter . To make matters worse I have chatted to numerous other tenants and they are all complaining of leaks and having no luck in repairs from body corporate . I am so shocked and feel so badly for the home owners and tenants renting here as if trafalgar does not start taking this seriously owners are going to loose tenants left right and centre and as a tenant you are well within your rights to vacate without notice and get back full deposit and admin fees as the leak is a health hazard and so dangerous . I truly am so shocked by this and trafalgar inability to act promptly on such a serious danger . I am literally at the point of vacating due to this . And I once again stress how bad I feel for the owners and landlords! Please if anyone knows please can you advise if this can Be reported to the housing tribunal? This is so so dangerous . And please if you are looking for a new place I would recommend staying far away from any property being managed by trafalgar from my experience . All they keep saying to me is they getting quotes . If it was a minor leak I could maybe understand this taking a bit of time but due to the urgency and the severity of the hole in the roof this should be dealt with as an emergency ! I am at a complete loss for words
