Trafalgar my deposit

I'd like to know how far is the progress of getting my deposit refund? Last we spoke telephonically, you mentioned I should give Trafalgar until Friday 24th, you'll have a more solid response. Today is the 03 September 2018, 2weeks later, NO email, NO feedback, NO communication, NOTHING from your company. It's as if you guys are wishing I'm going to get tired and eventually give up on my money.

For date confirmations. Please NOTE, I sent your company a NOTICE OF VACATING UNIT 13 - FOUR SEASONS on 29 June 2018, stating I'm moving out 31 July 2018 due to work relocation. On 1 August 2018, a vacating inspection was done. I was told, you'll need to deduct from my deposit to repaint the flat, (I NEVER received a written quotation on how much that would cost). I've stayed in other apartments, I've never had to repaint when moving out. Nothing in my lease contract says I'm responsible for repainting I've always thought it's the Landlord's duty to repaint his own property every +/- 3years. Nonetheless repaint is no excuse to ignore me and take this long to refund me.

NOTE; The agent who signed me into the flat was Tanya from Fine & Country. Contract states my landlord as Ashraf Ameen, and the R4500 Flat deposit was deposited into account of Property Payment Solutions.

When explained to me, my understanding is that when I moved-in on 01 October 2016, your company was not managing Four Seasons. Trafalgar only started managing the Four Seasons in November 2016, and that is the cause of the delay of my repayment. But what I don't understand is whether your company is struggling to get my deposit or I'm just being taken for a fool.

You know, I paid my last rent believing and trusting a BIG property management company like Trafalgar will make arrangements to get my deposit back. I had no idea I'd have to fight, follow/call, and beg for my own money. I think I've reached my limit.

All I need from you guys is to know what is the progress with my deposit refund? Is there a need for me to start looking for a representative? I really need to know my way forward from this day

Your company's quick response would be highly appreciated.
