Trafalgar is unprofessional and unreliable.

They are highly unprofessional. I've left many emails and no action has been taken whatsoever. Do not even try contacting them. They are either rude, never answer or never call back even after leaving a message. They took over our unit from Lumic, who are just as terrible at being Body Corp. I am sick and tired of their disgusting behaviour and unprofessionalism. HelloPeter might be the only way I will get a contact from them. I am done with this nonsense.
