TRAFALGAR IS THE Worst Property Management - Sectional Title Body Corporate ever!

Worst property management ever. Do Not Get Yourselves Mixed Up With This Company, Avoid At All Cost. Firstly they send me a bill of R4700 for July 2018 levies when I have not even moved into the property. They gave me a disfunctional phone number for a caretaker (who left the job two months ago) in order for me to purchase an access tag. I have to move into a 4 bedroom flat but they tell me I will be fined for overcrowding if I have more than 3 people in the flat. Trafalgar also charges for security where there isn't a security guard employed for the property. The elevator has been out of order for months and is not any closer to being fixed. If this is not **************** at it's best, I don't know what is!
