Trafalgar is the worst managing agent

Trafalgar is the worst managing agent to use..i would not recommend them to any body corporate. They supposedly "manage" Crescentwood Estate.Their service and response is pathetic. Dealing with Wilma and Adele is horrific. They have no customer centricity or even a sense of urgency. We have to continuously request for updates. We have 2 requests pending with them for close to 2 years.. logged since 4 April 2019.Hows that for incompetence

Hi - I have asked Helene Thomson our Sectional Title Manager to contact you in this regard. As far as I understand the matter is sitting with the Directors of the HOA.
