Trafalgar is not the solution

We have Trafalgar as our managing agent at our Complex in Midrand. We moved over to them after the most horrific service that we received from AIV Properties thinking that Trafalgar would be a better solution.

I would recommend these two companies to no one. They are unprofessional on a level that can't even be measured. From having meetings with them at 7 in the afternoon, after work, to try and sort out accounts to taking close to 6 months for them to resolve simple issues.

They are utterly useless and will not do anything they feel is not within their scope. in fact they will push the bounds to try and limit the work they have to do.
