Trafalgar deposit
I moved in a flat last year July 2020 paid R9500 deposit and then I moved out end of January 2021, the agent does not want to pay back my deposit they say the walls in the bedroom are not clean therefore they need to repaint mind you the walls were not painted upon moving in..They say they got a qouatation of R9000 to repaint.
