Trafalgar bullying

I have been succumbing to the bullying of Trafalgar since the beginning of this year. I was 'commanded 'to pay annual lease renewal of R575 and a very rude Carien said 'If you do not want to renew your contract for the 1st of March 2023, please send your 1 calendar month notice on or before the 1st of February 2023, telling us that you are going to vacate on the 28th of February 2023. This was not just plain text , It was screaming bold and highlighted in red . Besides that its the company policy there is no core reason for the R575.00 is really for and that is non refundable , again I'm paying admin fees indirectly ,for what reason 'Its a company policy that is not even on the contract 'Now I'm charged R266.00 which is also not on my contract and the response when i enquired is '

'I assume you signed a renewal of lease with a increase rental, the deposit also increase and that is amount loaded on your account' The benefit is that you will get a refund with interest, that being said you still need to sign a month to month lease if you do not want a fixed lease. I refer you back to the same conversation we had in January 2020.

Do what you need to do'. I have escalated this to ombudsman and since I cannot deal with this bullying company and since January I suffer severe headaches because of their threats , bullying and on top of that I'm the one paying medical fees. TRAFALGAR does not care about people and are the reason why I have endless headaches.
