Trafalgar Auckland Park JHB please come repair my things.

I live in Milpark Mews 327b Auckland Park Johannesburg. I have repeatedly asked trafalgar via email to come repair their cupboard doors which randomly just fall out, my shower door, lights which keep flickering and a door handle that keeps coming out when we open the door. I stopped paying rent once after having told them that I'll look for a person who will come repair the things and I'll deduct it from my rent. Nothing happened and they threatened to take me to their lawyers. I still pay their rent on time with no hassles, but they can't come fix things that have been bugging me. I've sent them endless emails with the pictures of the things they need to come fix, reason being if I need to move out they're going to bill me for the things which they did not fix properly beginning of the year. What trafalgar does is that beginning of the year before you move in the unit they have a check list. We walk from pillar to post checking if everything is ok. Everything was "ok" until a month later when I open a cupboard and it falls on me. It's clear that they don't buy new hinges they just ***** in the old ones and obviously when you check if the cupboard opens and closes properly during the check list it seems like everything is ok until things start falling with no one having touched them or when we just open.

I pay my rent on time and they don't even want to com check the things they need to repair. I've lived in Auckland Park with other agencies and I've never experienced such horrible service. Please help.

Good afternoon,

Feedback from our branch is that they have been in contact with you regarding the maintenance need - and apologised for the delay. It is frustrating as we are not the owner of the unit; we are just the Letting Agent; and we are dependant on approvals from the owner - and this causes the delays.
