Trafalgar and Civic Towers Body Corporate

Trafalgar providing building management for Civic Towers has been in cahoots with the Civic Tower Body Corporate and have given unfair fines and have been overcharging our unit and would not want to engage to settle the matter. The Body Corporate Chairperson has even blocked us from his cellphone. They have recently issued summons bullying us to make payments without proper engagement. They split an event into a number of fines and put these in our levies statement and are now claiming that we have not been paying our levies, which is not true. They also do not want to be engaged on the number of monthly charges added to our levies account and are not willing to engage and/or dismissive in of owners’ concerns when meetings are held. We have about 4 extra monthly charges (reserve fund levy, domestic affluent, cos levy & special levy) over and above the normal levy and the Body Corporate does not want to explain all these funds. Another time, our window was broken when the Building was installing water meters and when we made claims, we were told to pay R1000 when fixing a window does not even cost that much.
