Trafalgar and board of trustees at Oak Tree Gardens in Durbanville

I have had the worst experience with Trafalgar and the board of trustees managing Oak Tree Gardens in Durbanville. Roxanne, Franscois, Adele and Tredoux do not care about the PEOPLE living INSIDE the complex, ONLY wielding their POWER as trustees!

And this is all about PARKING! According to them, we have a shortage of parking in the complex...yet every night I take a walk through the complex and count a total of 3-6 open parking spaces!

We have asked to pay for an additional parking for our 1bedroom apartment and nobody was willing to assist us. So my partner parked his car outside the complex despite our fears of car break ins...a few months later his car was broken into. We then our approached our next door neighbour, who lives in a 2bedroom apartment and was hardly home, to rent his allocated parking from him.

The agreement with our neighbour was subjected to the condition that when he was home I would need to park in what would be deemed as his second allowed parking (aka visitors parking on a first come first serve basis for the 2bedroom units in the complex).

I forwarded an email explaining this to my agent who forwarded this to the board of trustees in August...after that we had no issues. But today on 28 November, Roxanne approached me telling me I'm not allowed to park inside the complex and that they did not sign off on my email.

I have already paid for the month but expected to park outside. I am absolutely fed up with them not willing to make any plan with regards to this parking issue and expecting tenants to park outside like peasants!

Roxanne, Francois, Adele and Tredoux are slacking and need to step aside for people who can actually get things done within the complex. Nobody asked for a free hand out...we are asking for trustees who listens, cares and make things happen.
