Trafalgar agent forged my signature on a legal document

Last year I rented with Trafalgar in Kempton Park. When the lease ended this year I did not renew. When it came to receiving my deposit I got less than half and I was informed of the damages. Two issues with this is that I never conducted an incoming inspection. The agent told me he was coming on a Tuesday 2021 and never showed up. So I contacted the rental manager who said there was a signed copy of the inspection. I told her I had never even met the agent in person and I know that legally, the agency cannot claim your deposit if they failed to do an incoming inspection. I told the manager that the signature was forged and I proceeded to ask her who forged my signature. She told me she would not get caught in the middle of a dispute between me and the agent. I contacted the agent to ask him who forged my signature because he and I never met in person and he didn't answer...I assume he forged it. It's a crime Trafalgar to forge signatures. I moved out in April and the agent informed me that I would get a second payout from Trafalgar. It's now June. Every time I call him he plays dumb and asks the same question 'They haven't paid you yet?'D. Me being nice does not make me an idiot. I'm done playing nice...I'm escalating this to law enforcement. You forged my signature on a legal document and you didn't do an outgoing inspection with me. I can excuse that because it's not legally expected to do so and there were no forged signatures.
