Terrible Terrible agency, I am awaiting a deposit for a rental apartment (Sleepy Gables 54, Edenburg) I moved out from, no one seems to have answers in over a month. I started with enquiries before I moved out in November 2023. To date I cant even get a contact person or name to/of whom to address my concerns to. I vacated the place, and I have been interacting with them on the issue. Yet, they still sent me an invoice for January 2024 ??? What kind of admin do they run there, especially the Durban branch.
