Trafalgar. Price-fixing, cooking up prices, and unprofessional business practices I am a new victim of Trafalgar property management **** and theft, I am an owner of a unit in Johannesburg managed by Trafalgar, for a good two months I have had no tenants in my property as I was still deciding whether to sell the unit or to have a tenant. On my monthly levies, Trafalgar slaps me with a water consumption amounting to R900 after confronting them they claiming there is a water leak however after the caretaker investigated and a video was produced to actually see if there is a water leak no such was discovered and they would not disclose the water readings. Although I asked Nadine to send me the Water readings they keep passing the buck around , be warned do not work with this management group. Find out who is the property management group before buying a property, and if it's Trafalgar, look the other way.
