THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT RENTAL TENANTS

If you are a tenant they do not give a damn about you, I rented a house for over a year, the owners mother who stayed on the property tampered with the pool after we had cleaned it specifically for when we moved out and caused it to go green, Trafalgar got 2 professional opinions which confirms that what the owners mother can cause those effects and still we are being told to pay for it. Not to mention the owners mother felt comfortable enough to allow herself without our consent into the yard.

Then there was a pond in our yard the owners mother took full responsibility for which had fish in, she fed them and took care for them but when the water got dirty and the fish started dying she sold them off and then left the pond as is. Now they are demanding that we pay for that to be cleaned.

On our out going inspection they noted the carpet as cleaned but now 2 weeks later they advised that they want to deduct R950 just to clean carpets.

It seems to me Trafalgar doesn't give a damn about renting tenants when the owners are selling their home through their company. It is actually disgusting that even though I made this all known to the company during our stay they completely disregard our grievances and side only with the owners. Absolutely horrible service I do kot recommend that at all. They should truly be ashamed of themselves they care only for owners and not tenants at all.

How on earth do you decide 2 weeks after the out going inspection that you want to now add on all these extra costs. Completely *********** and disgusting service if you ask me.
